Vidyut Jammwal gets injured on the sets of 'Junglee'
Vidyut Jammwal is making headlines for a while now with his upcoming film, 'Junglee' which is being directed by Hollywood director, Chuck Russell. The actor has been trained in martial arts and is reported to have now established himself as an 'action hero' since he prefers it to do all his stunts himself, having expertise in the arts of course.

However, much like all action superstars, it has been brought to our notice that Vidyut suffered some injuries whilst performing his stunts on the sets of the film. Recently, whilst shooting for the many action sequences in the film, the actor ended up being seriously injured whilst swinging from a harness for a particular scene. Jammwal hit his head against a metal structure which injured him badly.

Being the brave soul he is, the actor took a while to rest the wound out and he was back on the same day to shoot the rest of the scene as soon as he was all bandaged up. "When you do real, live action, injuries are a part and parcel. You have to expect injuries," he said. An impressed director, Russell said, "I have worked with many action heroes (like Dwayne Johnson, Arnold Schwarzenegger), but Vidyut's athleticism and ability to do action is phenomenal. I am very impressed."

Vidyut is now doing well and has recovered fine. The film is being produced by Junglee Pictures and tells a rather unique story of a family and their relationship with elephants. We're already excited about it, are you too?
