Aamir Khan's 'Dangal' was touted to be one of the biggest films of 2016. The film, a story of real-life wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat who trained his four daughters to represent India in wrestling, is inspirational at the same time heart-warming. The film had a steady start, and as expected is now the biggest grosser of all time.

Not only did Aamir manage to break records set by his contemporaries, but also managed to break his own record. The highest grosser till date was Aamir's 'PK' that released in 2014 and minted a whopping 340.8 crore. However, with 'Dangal' Aamir is all set to break his own record as the film heads towards collective 350 crores at the box-office.

The film is said to have collected 344 crores and is already heading towards 350 crores mark. However, this is not the first time that Aamir has broken a record. The actor is the first ever to enter the 100 crore club with his film 'Ghajini', 200 crores with '3 Idiots', 250 crores with 'Dhoom 3', and a whopping 300 with 'PK'. And now with 'Dangal' Aamir has broken his own record, and has managed to outdo his previous films.
