Abhishek Bachchan’s upcoming movie ‘Lefty’ is based on a left-handed man who is on a mission to save his city from all the problems surrounding it. While the movie was initially scheduled to go on floors in January 2018, the schedule got delayed due to reasons only known to the makers and if recent reports are to be believed, it has been pushed even further now.

"Prabhu (Prabhudeva) is directing ‘Dabangg 3’ now and he will be busy with Salman's film until mid next year. He has to work on the ‘Lefty’ script and it doesn't seem to go on floors in the next one and half years at least." Meanwhile, Junior Bachchan’s next outing will be JP Dutta’s multi-starrer ‘Paltan'," said a source close to the development.

While no official announcement has been made yet, Abhishek may also come on board for Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Priyanka Chopra’s much-awaited collaboration ‘Gustakhiyan’ to play the role of Sahir Ludhianvi.
