Actress Reema Lagoo passes away

Famously known for her roles in ‘Hum Aapke Hain Koun!’, ‘Kal Ho Na Ho’, ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’, et al, Reema Lagoo breathed her last today at the Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai.
ANI confirmed the news and reported cardiac arrest as the reason for her death. The actress, aged 59, complained of chest pain on Wednesday night. She was soon rushed to the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani hospital in Andheri where she breathed her last.
The veteran actress started her career in the Hindi and Marathi cinema during the late 1970s. She is best known for her portrayal of mother to actor’s like Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan.
The actress also has done notable work on television and has been a popular face of the film as well as the television industry.
