Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is the epitome of beauty, charm and elegance. Aishwarya was recently in Sydney with daughter Aaradhya and husband Abhishek Bachchan for a brand-related commitment and whilst there, apparently, she was also in support of the #MeToo movement which aims to end widespread sexual harassment and assault.

Talking about the movement, she told a leading entertainment portal, "It has brought out a lot of conversation and sharing." "The good thing is that people are talking. I don’t think this needs to restrict itself to one part of the world," added the actress. The #MeToo movement began soon after sexual assault accusations directed against Hollywood producer, Harvey Weinstein were reported by American media late last year and many women have come out to speak about the abuse they suffered. ''This idea does not limit itself to show business or the film industry. It is people discussing it from all walks of life'', Aishwarya explained.

On the work front, Aishwarya will be seen on the silver-screen after a year-and-a-half. She will be seen in 'Fanne Khan' which will release on the 13th of July this year. "I am a chapter in the film, not the fulcrum. There are other talents in the story and you will see why I chose to do the film once it releases. I am working with Anil for the third time and though I want to call him Anilji, he insists I call him Anil. He is such a dedicated and ever-charged artiste," Aishwarya had said about her role in 'Fanne Khan' in an interview with a leading daily. 'Fanne Khan' is the remake of 'Everybody’s Famous'.
