Aishwarya Rai to romance R Madhavan in 'Fanney Khan'?

There is a lot of excitement surrounding Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's next with Anil Kapoor, 'Fanney Khan'. As revealed by the producers that while Aishwarya and Anil will be seen sharing screen space in the film, they do not share a romantic equation.
The diva was touted to be romancing a man who was younger than the actress. If rumours are to be believed, Rajkummar Rao and Vicky Kaushal were approached for the role opposite the diva, but the details did not work out.
However, if latest reports are to be believed, R Madhavan will be seen romancing Aishwarya in the film. While Aishwarya and Madhavan were last seen sharing scene space in 'Guru', this is the first time they will be paired opposite each other romantically.
