Alia Bhatt: I'm really inspired by the way Priyanka Chopra is doing things

Alia Bhatt is undoubtedly one of the most spectacular actresses in our industry. Alia recently spoke to a leading entertainment portal about the kind of films and roles she picks up. She said that screen time doesn't matter to her. “I have never been someone who has seen films in that way. It doesn’t matter what screen time I have. I don’t look at it as a parameter or the only diktat to do films.” She further spoke about Priyanka Chopra and said how the actress was an inspiration to her.
“I’m really inspired by the way she’s doing things. She has produced some amazing films and more so, in different languages. It’s about different corners of India and she’s got a great mind so, she recognises that,” Alia said. Priyanka had earlier wanted to make a film on animal welfare and back then it was being speculated that either Anushka Sharma or Alia would be considered for the role. When Alia was asked about the same, she said, “I’ve not been offered the film. But if PC did come to me and I find it interesting, I’d love to be a part of that film. It totally depends on the right time and the right subject. I’d happily do it, if everything falls in place.” Well, we wonder if such a project will come up soon. Stay tuned for more updates.
