Alia Bhatt on 'Student of the Year 2' star Tiger Shroff: He is fantastic and I know the film is going to be a lot of fun

Alia Bhatt has always been rather vocal about her unabashed love for Karan Johar. Afterall, the filmmaker and director did launch the beauty and what a launch it was, right? After 'Student of the Year', which was Alia's first film in Bollywood, there has been no looking back and recently, on the topic of 'Student of the Year 2', the actress had much to say.
"The love started pouring in right after the release of the film. All the credit goes to the songs and the look of the film. It's been an amazing journey since then," Alia told a leading tabloid. The sequel to the film is underway and Tiger Shroff will play the lead in the film. To this, Alia said, "Tiger Shroff is fantastic and I know the film is going to be a lot of fun."
On being further questioned about whether the original film will be a part of the sequel, she said, "I am sure Karan will find a way to associate us in some way. For all you know, there might be some reference to us in the second part. Never say never! It could be possible." Recently, when Alia's co-star in 'Student of the Year', Varun Dhawan was questioned about the completion of five years of the film, he said, "When our first film 'Student of the Year' got released, at that time, we didn't receive critical acclaim but after that Alia received so much critical acclaim and I received love from common audience and kids."
