Alia Bhatt stuns in a red Sabyasachi saree

Award season is at its peak and actors and actresses are serving up some serious lewrks and giving us new things to be inspired by. For an award function, our very own Gully Girl chose an Indian ensemble and wore her current favourite colour to dress in – red. The actress draped a bright red Sabyasachi saree.



Opulent like every other Sabyasachi piece, the saree featured delicate organza work. Alia wore the saree with a matching blouse and little too no makeup. Her hair was tied up in a neat, clean bun, showing off her bare face. In fact, it was a quite a breath of fresh hair, considering the high-fashion looks everyone has been wearing lately. The only exaggerated element in the entire outfit was Alia’s big piece of gold earrings.

Alia's next Kalank is up for release in April and she shares screen space once again with her first co-star Varun Dhawan. Later in the year, she will be seen opposite her beau Ranbir Kapoor in Ayan Mukerji's 'Brahmastra'.
