All the reasons why we’re super excited about ‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga’

On the occasion of Anil Kapoor’s birthday today, we had the amazing opportunity to preview the trailer of his next, ‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga’ and we cannot begin to explain just why we’re so excited about this film.

While the trailer is all set to launch on the 27th of December, we got a sneak-peek of the film that seems all things entertaining, informing and progressive. In short, let’s just call it a blockbuster waiting to happen. Talking about the film, Sonam said, “The relationship between father and daughter is what is most relevant in this film.”

At the event today, Anil Kapoor looked dapper in a black and white checkered jacket that he styled over his black formals and Sonam looked nothing short of the fashionista she is in her Chloe brown suit teamed with a crop-top, giving us a glimpse of her toned abs. The film will see the father-daughter duo share the big screen for the very first time. Also, Anil Kapoor said that if he ever directs a film, he would cast his daughter. Sonam even revealed that her dad is the easiest co-star to work with.

The film also stars Juhi Chawla who plays a cute Punjabi woman and the director has capitalised on her comic timing perfectly! Rajkummar Rao, as usual, has wowed us with his performance in the film. From what we’ve seen, this film is all set to make headlines and you better catch it in theatres on the 1st of February, 2019. The film is directed by Shelly Chopra and is one we’re super excited about!
