Amitabh Bachchan: A most humbling evening at the IFFI awards

Just yesterday we brought to you that Amitabh Bachchan will be conferred with 'Indian Film Personality of the Year Award' at the closing ceremony of the International Film Festival of India (IFFI). And whilst at the closing ceremony which took place on Tuesday evening, Big B described it as one he would never forget.
The veteran star took to the stage to receive his award as also thank the organisers of the event for the honour. He thanked the Union Information and Broadcasting Minister, Smriti Irani who presented him with the award at the 48th edition of the IFFI.
The actor took to Twitter to extend his thanks. His tweet read, “A most humbling evening at the IFFI awards .. honoured and filled with such gratefulness to IFFI and the extremely endearing words by Akshay Kumar, Karan, and the dignitaries ..”
Akshay Kumar too graced the event and honoured by the presence of Amitabh Bachchan, his tweet read, "America has Superman, Batman and Spider-Man, India had Angry Young Man (Big B), rightly the Indian personality of the Year.”
Well, if anyone deserved that award it's definitely Sir Amitabh Bachchan, wouldn't you'll agree?
