Amitabh Bachchan appreciates Sushant Singh Rajput on his performance in ‘M.S Dhoni’

Sushant Singh Rajput has had a successful year - 'M.S Dhoni: The Untold Story' received praises in abundance for the actor. The whole of the industry applauded Sushant's hard work and efforts to get into the skin of his character. Based on the life of Indian cricket team captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni, the film which saw Sushant in the lead did really well at the box office. So much so that Sushant became a new entrant in the 100 crore club.
Sushant, at the time of the film's release, was elated over the film being well accepted by its audience. With the film turning out to be Sushant's best performance till date, the actor also had a fair chance of walking away with the many awards this year. But Amitabh Bachchan's performance in 'Pink' walked took the cake! There was also a rumour that Sushant was left unhappy as his performance didn't receive any appreciation in form of awards.
But appreciation has finally flown in for Sushant, and that too from the man himself. Yes, Big B has sent Sushant a note of appreciation for his performance in 'M.S Dhoni'. Thanking the superstar, Sushant tweeted:
