Amitabh Bachchan hands over clothes to a young differently challenged boy

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan is known for his kind gestures towards his fans. He has always made sure to bring a smile on his fans' faces and this Sunday was no different. Like every Sunday, hundreds of his fans waited outside his house for him to make an appearance. But this Sunday was special for the star. He took to his blog and wrote, “I walk and tread upon those paths that welcome them, that compliment my appearance at the gates of Jalsa and give them the opportunity to share their love and enthusiasm. For those few moments of exposure, what bring them here each Sunday is a mystery and a cause for mistaken identity…”
“But no they come - standing and waiting for hours before, just so they can wave at me and hope for a reciprocal gesture. That is all…” he added. "Sundays are special and today was even more so. I contributed towards a just cause. A visitor at the gates in the evening among the crowds, a differently challenged young boy…” he continued. “I asked him to be brought in. He was without speech and mobility but a determined poise of one that had refused to give up. It was joy to witness the joy on his face. I asked him what he needed; he tugged at his shirt – clothes. I gave him a bundle of my own. He extended his delicate hand, rough and strong, because that is what he uses to move about, and I arranged for him to be dropped home,” Amitabh wrote.
“My people did so and reported he was homeless and lived on the pavement outside a high rise in the suburbs. What had he, dear Lord, done to deserve this? I ponder and depress and count blessings. We forget what we have and are ever seeking more…” the actor concluded. Stay tuned for more updates.
