EXCLUSIVE! Anushka Sharma: Diljit Dosanjh is very shy, he keeps to himself

Anushka Sharma's second home production, 'Phillauri', is soon to hit theatres on 24th March. Along with Anushka, the film also stars Diljit Dosanjh who shot to fame with his performance in 'Udta Punjab'. Already a superstar in the Punjabi film industry, Diljit is known not only for his acting but also for his singing. 'Phillauri' will be the first time that Anushka will be seen romancing Diljit on-screen.
Along with Anushka and Diljit, the film also stars two new talents - Suraj Sharma and Mehreen Pirzada. While Diljit is immensely popular, he is also shy when it comes to media interactions.
Talking about her experience of working with the actor, Anushka said, "I think he is somebody who is very quiet and he’s very shy and he keeps to himself. But when he is in an environment where he feels comfortable, I think he is a Snapchat personality then. So I keep joking if I can ever haunt somebody I’ll haunt you so I can know actually which is your real side because you are a different completely on Snapchat. So I think for him it is just what he feels comfortable with, I have seen that side of him also. I guess now maybe he has opened up a little bit so I see that side sometimes and he’s very funny but yeah, otherwise he’s a very to yourself sort of person."
