Anushka Sharma: I don’t like disclosing much about my life

Anushka Sharma, who is currently busy promoting her upcoming film ‘Phillauri, unlike other celebrities keeps a safe distance from the limelight. The actress only talks when she thinks there is a need to, or if at all there is a film she is promoting. Anushka also keeps her personal life away from being discussed.

Her alleged affair with Indian cricketer Virat Kohli though have become a talk of the town, never has Anushka publically acknowledged her relationship. Virat and Anushka have been many a times spotted together, attending parties and wedding hand-in-hand, but never have they come clear of their relationship. However, lately, Virat has shared social media posts directed towards Anushka that prove that the couple is indeed going strong.

But when Mumbai Mirror quizzed Anushka about her life and her conscious effort to keep her relationship away from the media, the actress said, “I am a very private person. I don’t like disclosing much about my life. I am an actor first, and that is why you know me. I work very hard for this and I don’t let anything else shadow my work. I am socially very awkward.” Further adding that she loves being at home.

Anushka starrer ‘Phillauri’ is soon to hit theatres on March 24, directed by Anshai Lal, the film also stars Diljit Dosanjh, Suraj Sharma, and Mehreen Pirzada.
