Anushka Sharma: I have not been offered ‘Krrish 4’ at all

In an industry where the audience decides the fate of the films, it is difficult to break through their sensibilities. However, with people now more open to newness, filmmakers too have started experimenting with their films. Rakesh Roshan made the 'Krrish' franchise famous with the story twisted to the taste of Indian audiences. With the success of three films - 'Koi Mil Gaya', 'Krrish', and 'Krrish 3', the filmmaker is all set to make 'Krrish 4' starring Hrithik Roshan.
Rakesh Roshan, in an interview, has mentioned that the actress in 'Krrish 4' will play a superheroine. Soon after Rakesh Roshan's statement, rumour mills were abuzz with reports of Anushka Sharma being roped in for the film. But the actress denied the news in an interview with DNA. When asked if she was approached for the film, Anushka said, "I have not been offered Krrish 4 at all. And a lot of times, my name gets attached to films which I don’t even get approached for. Then, very conveniently, somebody else is doing the film and stories go like, ‘Oh, someone’s doing the film over Anushka’, when I was not even offered the film, to begin with. It’s ridiculous that we have to continuously keep clarifying it."
Anushka further went on to add that she would love to work with Hrithik, and said, "You cannot know till you actually hear something. You can only base that decision on a script."
