Anushka Sharma on 'Dil Se': I love that film; I love Manisha Koirala’s character

Anushka Sharma has an impressive list of films in her kitty, some of which include 'PK', 'Sultan' and the much loved and talked about 'Band Baaja Baarat'. The actress, who came from a non-filmy background has slowly made her mark in the Bollywood film industry. Now is the time of remakes, as is evident from the huge amount of films and songs being remade again in Bollywood. In fact, there have been several remakes of South films in the industry as well.
Every star has a favourite film and role that they would love to recreate on the silver screen. When actress Anushka Sharma was quizzed about which movie she would love to play a role in, the actress revealed that for her it's Mani Ratnam’s 'Dil Se'. “I love that movie. I think it should be remade in contemporary times and I should do Manisha Koirala’s part. I love that character and the way she played it was outstanding,” she said. Well, we certainly think Anushka would play the role to perfection. Don't you agree?
