Ayushmann Khurrana on ‘Badhaai Ho’: The equation of my relationship with Delhi would be different

Ayushmann Khurrana who is all set for his next ‘Badhaai Ho’ which is helmed by Junglee Pictures and Chrome Pictures, the actor will begin shooting for the film in Delhi. The actor who began with ‘Vicky Donor’ film by playing the quintessential Delhi boy. Delhi has always been special stated the actor.


Ayushmann Khurrana made his debut as an actor by playing the quintessential Delhi boy in Vicky Donor. He also shot in the capital for Bewakoofiyan and Shubh Mangal Saavdhan. And now, he is all set to film his next, Badhaai Ho, which is a quirky comedy, in Delhi. Ayushmann loves the metropolis for its food, culture, and warmth.


A source revealed, “Ayushmann loves to try out local snacks and street food in Delhi. It might be difficult for him to slip out as many people would recognise him, but he does hope to relish some street food at his favourite haunts at Lajpat Nagar and Gole Market. He also loves to walk around the lush Lodhi Gardens, and shop for old books at Daryaganj. Shooting for ‘Badhaai Ho’ will keep him super busy, but he will find the time and take his unit for a taste of local life in the capital.”


Ayushmann Khurrana said, “Going to Delhi is like going back home again. In winters, it’s poetic. The equation of my relationship with it would be different. It’s like seeing Delhi in a different light one more time.”
