Bollywood comes forth in support of Sanjay Leela Bhansali

A horrific incident took place last evening on the sets of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's magnum opus, 'Padmavati'. The director is currently shooting the second schedule of the film in Jaipur when the protestors came in and vandalised the shoot. They not only created a ruckus but also physically attacked the director. Claiming that SLB was distorting historical facts, members of Karni Sena stalled the shoot. While the local police did come in and prevented further damages, the shoot of the film has now been cancelled for a few days.

Outraged by the protesters, and the damage caused, Bollywood fraternity took to Twitter to express their ire. B-town celebs not only condemned the violent protest, but they also came forth in support of SLB.
