Bollywood stars dressed to the nines as Sabyasachi Mukherji celebrated 20 years

The popularity and fame of fashion designer Sabyasachi Mukherji are so magnanimous in our country that his name is often considered synonymous with Indian fashion. Sabyasachi’s eponymous label celebrated its 20th Anniversary recently and to commemorate it, the designer joined hands with Christian Louboutin to unveil his brand new collection, Kashgar Bazaar.
The collection is especially personal for Sabyasachi as it was his maiden collection as a fashion graduate. Inspired by nomads, gypsies, the collection is fit for a modern day woman who wants to dress to the nines, even as she leisures around on a holiday. Apart from his bohemian clothing, the fashion show also showcased his brand new collection of shoes, belts, and handbags.




Sabyasachi penned down his thoughts about his collaboration with Christian Louboutin which he shared with the world through social media.



While the collection was a spectacle in itself, the guest list was pretty darn killer as well. We Bollywood biggies like Alia Bhatt, Janhavi Kapoor, Aditi Rao Hydari, Ananya Panday, Kalki Koechlin, Farhan Akhtar, and Shibani Dandekar among others.

Alia wore a green paisley printed saree, and pretty much stole the show.



Janhvi chose a red sheath dress that showcased delicate embroidery on the sides. Her voluminous curls and pouty lips ensured the young star looked va-va-vroom!
