Case filed against Salman Khan, Swami Om and Raj Nayak

A court case has been filed against Swami Om, Raj Nayak and Salman Khan, for promoting obscenity and hurting religious sentiments on 'Bigg Boss 10'
Controversies don't just seem to be ending for the tenth season 'Bigg Boss'. And now a case for promoting obscenity and hurting religious sentiments has now been filed against the ex-contestant and the self-proclaimed godman, Swami Om, Colors CEO, Raj Nayak and show host, Salman Khan.

According to a report in Hindustan Times, a case has been lodged against the trio in the court of the chief judicial magistrate of Bareilly on January 18. Lawyer Anil Dwivedi, who has filed the complaint said that the reality show is promoting obscenity, use of foul language and is responsible for hurting the sentiments of Hindu community. The lawyer for the same has also blamed the show host, Salman Khan and the CEO of the channel, Raj Nayak.

The complaint reads, “He (Swami Om) was shown consuming meat while wearing that dress thus demeaning the importance of saints in the Hindu religion.” The lawyer has requested the court to register a criminal case against all three of them. The Chief Justice Magistrate Kusumlata Rathore has set February 13 as the date for the hearing of the case.
