Deepika dethrones Priyanka, wins the sexiest Asian woman title

Deepika Padukone dethroned Priyanka Chopra and has been named as the sexiest Asian women by a British-based newspaper.

Millions of people voted in the annual poll, where Deepika stood first. Last year's winner, Priyanka came down to the second spot while actress Nia Sharma grabbed the third spot on the coveted list. The fourth spot has been taken by television actress Drashti Dhami. Alia Bhatt has been ranked fifth in the list and added another feather in her cap.

Elated about this achievement Deepika Padukone said, “It does bring a smile to my face, but sexy means different things to different people. For me, it's not just physical. Being comfortable with who you are, is sexy. Confidence is sexy. Innocence and vulnerability are sexy."

Congratulations to Dippy on this remarkable feat! On the work front, Deepika is all set to make her Hollywood debut with ‘XXX: Return of Xander Cage’ opposite Vin Diesel, which will hit the theatres on 19th January 2017
