Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone was recently at a charity dinner in New York City where she bumped into model Kendall Jenner. The two of them posed together for the cameras and they were all smiles. Deepika was attending a fundraising Anxiety Youth Centre Dinner where she spoke to high profile people about battling depression and anxiety.
Deepika took to her Instagram handle to put up a post about mental illness and the challenges it poses. Her caption red, "Mental illness has presented society with a very tough challenge... But my experience with the illness has taught me so much; to be patient for one...but most importantly that there is 'Hope'!"
She later interacted with Kendall and many other guests presented at the event. She even posted a photo of herself with Kendall on her Instagram handle and the photo soon went viral for all the right reasons. Both the divas were sporting their million dollar smiles while looking all things gorgeous. Sharing the photo, Deepika wrote, "I had the pleasure of meeting this beautiful soul... I wish you all the joy in the world and peace of mind... always!"
Deepika opted for a chic fringed Alberta Ferretti pantsuit which featured a sharp blazer and flared pants. Her ensemble was accessorised with a pair of dangling earrings. Soft smokey eyes, nude makeup and sleek open tresses rounded out her look. Kendall looked just as stylish in a trendy figure-flattering bodycon dress. She accessorised her ensemble with a set of sleek earrings and a trendy sling bag while minimalistic makeup and sleek centre-parted tresses rounded out her look.
