Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra bury the hatchet?

Often pitted against each other, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra have always had only good things to say about each other when asked about the comparisons drawn. Having tasted success in Bollywood as well as Hollywood, the actresses came together for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Bajirao Mastani', through which they managed to shun rumours of a possible cat fight between them.

Making appearances at International red carpets to balancing their Hollywood projects with Bollywood commitments, the constant comparisons apparently made their relationship go sour. However, a recent report in a leading daily suggests that Priyanka and Deepika have now patched up. The two recently met at a party and buried the hatchet as they got talking about work and much more.

A source close to the daily revealed, "Both of them were a lot more than just being cordial. They were discussing work and laughing their guts out as they shared some anecdotes from each other’s experience. It was great to know that they shared a camaraderie like this especially when they are going away from home seeking work on alien shores."

Though not known as an industry for friendships, it often feels good to hear about foes turning into friends!
