Deepika Padukone breaks her silence on her break up with Ranveer Singh

Some days ago, Ranveer Singh said, “Love is loosely thrown around”, and everyone speculated that he was talking about his ‘apparently’ failed relationship with Deepika Padukone. Now Deepika decided to break her silence on the subject. In a recent interview with a leading daily, she was asked how is she taking the break up, to which he replied,
“I don’t because there is nothing to ‘take’. I have understood it (the speculations) well enough to know what I should absorb and what I shouldn’t. After a point, one becomes completely immune to these things. You can only do things that are in your control. Certain things are a given when you are in this industry. I am sure there are certain advantages and disadvantages of being in this industry. And this is one of the things one has to deal with, and that’s totally fine. The ups, the positives, and the love we get are way too much for us to get bogged down by the speculations or the negativity."
Does this mean that the two have really parted ways for good? For now, both Ranveer and Deepika are busy promoting their upcoming movies ‘Befikre’ and ‘XXX: Retuen of Xander Cage’ respectively. ‘Befikre’ releases on 9th December 2016 and ‘XXX: Return of Xander Cage’ on 19th January 2017.
