Deepika Padukone: I am not ready for marriage

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have never publicly admitted to their relationship. Amidst reports of their relationship undergoing a rough patch, the couple turned heads as they were spotted hand-in-hand at the Indian premiere of Deepika’s Hollywood debut film ‘xXx: The Return of Xander Cage’.
Owing to the film’s promotions and her public appearances, Deepika had lately been spending most of her time globetrotting. Prior to that, she had been staying in Canada as she was shooting for the film. On being asked how she feels about long distance relationships, Deepika said, “I don't think I'm an expert with relationships in the first place. Also, I haven't dealt with a long distance relationship to know what goes into it. But I do believe relationships are what you make of them. They can be easy, complex depending on what two people make out of it. End of the day it takes two people to make a relationship work. As long as they both are on the same page, it's good."
Is the actress planning to tie the knot anytime soon? Talking about that Deepika said, “I don't think marriage has anything to do with age. It depends on the state of mind of the person and all the situations and people in their life. I don't believe one should define marriage with the parameters of age at all. There are some people who don't get married till their mid-40s while there are also folks who tie the knot at 21-22. Personally, I am not ready for marriage."
