Deepika Padukone on her Bollywood journey: I am learning continuously

Deepika Padukone made her entry into the Hindi film industry in 2007 and since then, there has been no looking back for the actress. After making her debut with Shah Rukh Khan in 'Om Shanti Om', she has risen to new heights in her career and it's pretty evident that Deepika has emerged as a frontrunner in her trade.
Being a favourite amongst filmmakers and giving one box-office hit after another, she's managed to worm her way up and there is no denying the magnitude of her success. Today, looking back on her journey, the actress had much to say. “I have loved every minute of my journey! I understand who I am, and which path I am treading on. I am learning continuously. Even at the beginning of my career, I loved learning. I always believe there’s room for improvement. I am always focused on improving my shortcomings," she said.
On being questioned about her choices when it comes to films, she said, “As an artist, I always want to opt for challenging characters. That’s something I am always striving to achieve.” Well, we couldn't be more proud of her and we bet the film fraternity is too.
