Deepika to star in Aanand L Rai’s film with Shah Rukh?

King Khan’s film with Aanand L Rai is getting immense popularity each day. Already it has two Bollywood beauties Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif who will be playing significant roles, with Shah Rukh playing a double role again where one of the characters is a dwarf.
Recently, Shah Rukh had shared a picture on his social media posing with his heroines, Kajol, Rani Mukerji, Karisma Kapoor, Sridevi and Alia Bhatt. Fans couldn’t get over the picture and were wondering when this reunion happened. It was later revealed that the beauties shot for Aanand's film as they have special appearances alongside Shah Rukh Khan. According to a leading news portal, another Bollywood actress has joined Aanand’s film to do a special cameo and it’s none other than Shah Rukh’s ‘Chennai Express’ co-star Deepika Padukone.
A source revealed, "While Katrina and Anushka have been shooting for the film, Deepika shot for the guest appearance recently." As Katrina will be seen playing the role of an actress in the film, the makers decided to rope in these actresses for the cameo role.
Apparently, there were reports that Deepika Padukone might be one of the leading ladies in this film alongside Shah Rukh. But, rumour has it; she opted out of the project due to ‘Padmavati’. Talking about it, a source had said, "While Deepika was quite keen on doing the film, unfortunately, her dates were clashing with those allotted to Sanjay Leela Bhansali's ‘Padmavati’. Since she has already committed her dates to Sanjay Leela Bhansali's historical, she has had to say no to Aanand L Rai."
