Depression, anxiety etc are very real: Masaba Gupta's heartening post on Kate Spade's death

Masaba Gupta has condoled the death of handbag designer, Kate Spade, 55, who was found dead in her apartment in New York on Tuesday by saying mental health issues should be addressed with utmost seriousness. Masaba, known for her out-of-the-box designs wrote a post about depression and shared it on Twitter post the designer's death.

Masaba said people need to "reach out" to their loved ones with "compassion" and "kindness" if they suspect that a person might be suffering from depression or anxiety. Gupta, 29, also stressed that depression and anxiety are very real.
