Salman Khan's 'Tubelight' is undoubtedly one of the biggest films of the year. Directed by Kabir Khan, the film is all set to release on Eid this year. While it is touted that 'Tubelight' will be one of Salman's biggest hits, it looks like the film has become profitable even before the trailer has been released.

According to recent reports, the distribution rights of 'Tubelight' have been sold in India and China for approximately Rs 200 crore. While the film was made on a budget of around Rs 100 crore, with the distribution rights being sold for approx Rs 200 crore the film is well on its way to making money. However, a source close to the development rubbished these rumours and confirmed that the distribution rights haven't been sold yet.

Set against the backdrop of 1962 Indo-China war, 'Tubelight' is expected to release in the dubbed version across 1,200 screens in China alone. Starring superstar Salman Khan and Chinese actress Zhu Zhu, the film will also have a cameo appearance by Shah Rukh Khan.
