Rajkummar Rao is currently basking in the success of 'Trapped' opened up about being trapped by various superstitions and beliefs
Rajkummar Rao is currently basking in the success of 'Trapped', which has been appreciated by the critics and audience alike. While the movie has managed to wow and scare the audience with its stellar concept, when asked Rajkummar about his takeaway from the movie, Rajkummar said, "Hope. You should always be hopeful, don't give up. That's what 'Trapped' has taught me."

When further quizzed if the actor is trapped by certain blind beliefs and superstitions, Rao replied, "When we were growing up, we would hear a lot of things like we should not wash out hair or cut our nails on certain days of the week, and stuff like that. I don’t believe in all this. My make-up person puts a dot behind my ear, I don’t mind that. One thing I particularly follow is that I don’t have a shower after a meal and it’s more because of scientific reasons. I have never been superstitious. For those who believe in it, maybe these superstitions work. Not for me. It’s like…If you are putting energy into something it will work for you, if you don’t, it won’t work for you."

On the work front, Rajkummar has his kitty full with films like 'Newton', 'Shimla Mirchi', 'Bareilly Ki Barfi' and 'Ittefaq' to name a few.
