Actress and fitness enthusiast, Shilpa Shetty starts her morning with a glass of lukewarm water on an empty stomach to flush out all the toxins from the body. After that, she takes noni juice to boost her health. Noni juice is full of antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory properties that strengthen the immune system. She also makes sure that she drinks at least 8-10 glasses of water throughout the day to keep herself well-hydrated.

She never steps out without a generous amount of sunscreen lotion on her skin. Shilpa Shetty is also a big fan of beauty home remedies and likes to use a variety of face packs made out of natural ingredients. She stresses the importance of removing makeup thoroughly before going to bed. She uses natural cleansing oils, such as coconut oil, olive oil or even baby oil to get rid of every makeup before finishing off with a simple skincare routine. She suggests investing in only a few quality skincare products for best results and she’s strictly against switching products every now and then. She also recommends to not use any kind of soap for the skin.

Along with all these, Shilpa Shetty believes in the power of yoga along with a healthy eating habit to prevent any early signs of ageing. She loves meditation too.
