George Clooney and wife Amal welcome daughter Ella and son Alexander

Hollywood superstar George Clooney’s wife Amal Clooney delivered twins today, a boy and a girl. The couple had earlier kept the news about the pregnancy under the wraps, however, George's BFF Matt Damon spilt the beans when he confirmed the news about Amal's pregnancy and even confessed that he was so happy when he heard the news that the he was about to cry.

The Oscar winning actor’s publicist Stan Rosenfielda released an official statement today regarding the delivery that said, “This morning Amal and George welcomed Ella and Alexander Clooney into their lives. Ella, Alexander and Amal are all healthy, happy and doing fine. George is sedated and should recover in a few days."
