A unique marketing strategy for Himesh’s next!

The music of Himesh Reshammiya’s upcoming film Happy Hardy and Heer has quickly become popular among listeners. Six songs from the film are already trending on streaming sites and charts. Sung by Himesh and Ranu Mondal, the sixth track, Teri Meri Kahani, which was released recently, has got a huge number of shares, making it one of the biggest songs of the film.


Producers Deepshikha Deshmukh and Sabita Manakchand have opted for a different marketing strategy for the film. They’re releasing the songs first and will release the trailer only after the songs have gone viral. And with the songs becoming increasingly popular in the past few weeks, the makers will soon announce the film’s release date along with the trailer.



The next track to be released will be the re-created version of Himesh’s old hit Aa Aashiqui Mein Teri sung by Himesh and Ranu Mondal. Another track that the duo has sung for is called Aadat, which will be released post Aa Aashiqui Mein Teri. Subsequently, the remaining songs of the film will be released. The makers also plan to release some remix videos and mash-ups before the trailer launch.



Happy Hardy and Heer is a love story with a twist. Says Himesh, “I’m very happy with all the love that the film is getting from the audience. I’m proud of the product and confident that the film will set new trends.”
