There is a possibility that Niharika Singh might take legal recourse against Nawazuddin Siddiqui, the question is, has the actor gone too far in his biography? The actor’s description of his alleged sexual antic with his co-star, in his book ‘An Ordinary Life’, has had Niharika Singh in an uproar.

A senior actor said to a leading news portal, who recently published his own memoir, says that one needs to be sensitive to the feelings of those one writes about. “You can’t just write about the women from your past, without keeping their current situation in mind. People move on; they have spouses, families and children. You can’t shame them by reminding them of their affairs and relationships.”

Niharika will think of taking legal action, seems to indicate that Nawaz’s memoir may open a pandora’s box that his publishers aren’t fervid to deal with. A source from the publishing business says, “The first rule of kiss and tell writing is to make sure you have permission from those you kissed and are telling about. Nawazuddin has broken that rule. He appears to have written about the women he has loved and had sex with, without letting them know of his plans. This is not done. It’s a place where no aspiring author would want to be a place where your readers look at you with suspicion and hostility.”
