Here’s why Shah Rukh Khan refused to work with Kangana in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s next

Mills were abuzz with the rumours of Shah Rukh Khan signing on a film with Kangana Ranaut to be helmed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. But, reports suggests that the film is not happening anymore. However, the two are to work with the filmmaker but on two different projects.

According to reports in a leading website, Sanjay Leela Bhansali narrated two scripts to Shah Rukh. The actor liked both the scripts, but only gave a nod to one script that Kangana wasn’t roped in for.

Shah Rukh in an earlier interview had said, “I have been in talks with Sanjay for two films. We will select the best one and make it.”

Kangana too in an interview with IANS had said, “Sanjay sir just spoke to me about the film, saying that he wants to make it with me and Shah Rukh sir. But it’s at a very premature stage. It’s not that I am working with Shah Rukh sir tomorrow or something like that. So, yeah, like I said, it’s at a very premature stage.”

Recently, on Karan Johar’s chat show ‘Koffee With Karan’, was asked which Khan amongst Shah Rukh, Salman Khan and Aamir Khan would she want to work with. The actress to this said that she would not want to work with any of them. It is been assumed that this statement has apparently irked Shah Rukh, and that is why the actor has now refused to work with Kangana.
