Leave it to Ranveer Singh to impress us with his stellar acting skills every single time. He has played a king, a cop, a thief and whatnot on-screen and no matter what roles he picks up, he manages to impresses us with every single one of them. The actor has now shared the first ever teaser of his upcoming film 'Gully Boy' and boy are we going gaga all over it. For the first time, the actor has shown off his rapping skills and they've driven everyone crazy including his lovely wife Deepika Padukone.
After Ranveer put up his post on Instagram, Deepika commented on it and wrote, "You are unstoppable" following which she also commented, "I love you and I'm so proud of you!".
In the film, Ranveer plays the role of an underdog rapper whose journey from the slums of Mumbai to becoming a star forms the premise of the film. 'Gully Boy' is also said to be inspired by the life of Rapper Divine, who is counted amongst the top Indian rappers. The film also stars Alia Bhatt and Kalki Koechlin. The trailer of the film is all set to release on January 9. Helmed by Zoya Akhtar, the film is all set to hit the theatres on February 14. Well, book your tickets in advance we say!
