Here’s when Shraddha Kapoor will wrap up shooting for ‘Stree’

Actress Shraddha Kapoor has kitty full of projects. The actress has already wrapped up her work on ‘Saaho’. Apart from this, she is the female lead in ‘Stree’ in which she will share screen space for the first time with Rajkummar Rao. The actress is currently shooting for ‘Batti Gul Meter Chalu’ with Shahid Kapoor in Tehri, Uttrakhand.


The actress has the shortest schedule for ‘Stree’ amongst all the films. A source said, “Shraddha had to allot only about 20 days to its producers — Dinesh Vijan, Raj Nidimoru, and Krishna DK. For the first schedule in Chanderi, she gave 10 days to the team. After she finishes ‘Batti Gul Meter Chalu’, Shraddha will be back on the sets of ‘Stree’ and shoot for another 10 days, during which she will wrap up her portion.”


Shraddha decided to take up the role as it’s crucial to the film. The source further added, “She is the surprise element in this horror-comedy. ‘Stree’ is based on an urban Indian legend and the story revolves around her character.”


The source concluded by saying, “The team plans to complete the film in six weeks. They have already finished half of it. Now, they will shoot a song with Shraddha and Rajkummar following which he will complete his remaining portion.”
