Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar has been known to get into the skin of his characters while shooting for a film. Whatever kind of film he does, he makes sure to take on all the diverse avatars and make them as real as possible. The actor recently started sporting a bald look which has led to speculations that he was sporting it for a film. There were also rumours that the actor has just started going bald and unlike other actors, he decided not to hide it.
A source said, "Akshay had bonded hair before. He never went for a surgery. Unfortunately, the hair that the artificial hair bonded with also started thinning, prompting the doctor to tell him that his hair follicles are too weak to hold bonded hair." But now, while promoting his upcoming film 'PadMan' the actor put all the rumours to rest. He revealed that the only reason he decided to sport a bald look was because he had to shoot for his upcoming film 'Kesari'. In the film, Akshay has to don a heavy turban which makes having hair uncomfortable, and so he decided to shave his head. Stay tuned for more updates.
