Here's why Katrina Kaif refused to promote 'Jagga Jasoos' with Ranbir Kapoor

There was a lot of speculation surrounding the fact if Katrina Kaif will join Ranbir Kapoor for the 'Jagga Jasoos' promotions. While earlier Katrina had said that she not sure of the same, Ranbir had assured the media and audience that she will definitely be a part of the promotions.

In fact, the two have even come together for various promotional events. However, it is not all as smooth between the two as it seems. According to reports, during the song launch, Ranbir had pulled Katrina’s leg and joked that he was the one responsible for Katrina's awesome moves in songs like Mashallah, Kamli, Chikni Chameli and Sheila Ki Jawani.

While this comment left everyone in splits, apparently Katrina was not too amused by the same and issued a diktat that till Ranbir does not stop pulling her leg, she will not promote the film together. And it was only posted this ultimatum that Ranbir conceded and the two have since been utmost professional during the promotions.

As per sources, it was Katrina's ex and now, Salman Khan, who had advised Katrina to promote the film with Ranbir for otherwise it would send out the wrong signals. Starring Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif in lead and directed by Anurag Basu, 'Jagga Jasoos' is slated to release on July 14.
