Here’s why Shradhha Kapoor’s Saina Nehwal biopic has been pushed further

Shraddha Kapoor who had done a biopic before on Dawood Ibrahim’s sister ‘Haseena Parker’, was also said to work on the biopic of ace badminton player Sania Nehwal, and everyone is still eagerly waiting to see Shraddha Kapoor play some matches. However, a source informed that the project is been delayed.


The source informed, “Shraddha and Saina had met on a few occasions. Preparations were on in full swing. However, the movie may not happen because of some other glitches. The project has been pushed. One doesn’t know if it is indefinitely postponed or whether it has been deferred for a bit.”


Actor Sonu Sood has been in talks with Indian shuttler PV Sindhu to make a biopic on her. The badminton champ has also given him the rights to make a film on her. The scripting of the biopic is currently on. But the casting of it is yet to happen. We hope the film goes on the floor soon.
