Himesh Reshammiya buys the rights of Bishnu Shrestha biopic

Bollywood music composer, singer, and actor Himesh Reshammiya has bought the rights to the Bishnu Shrestha biopic.

On September 2, 2010, Shreshtha, an Army officer from 7th battalion of the 8 Gorkha Rifles, fought against 40 armed hijackers in a running train. Bishnu received a bravery award for single-handedly fighting against the hijackers and saving the passengers on board the Maurya Express.

The protagonist and other details of the cast and credits of the Bishnu biopic will be announced soon. Veteran Journalist Praful Shah conceived the screenplay of the Bishnu biopic.

Apart from the biopic, Himesh will announce in April four other films he will be working on as an actor, one of which will include the sequel of his hit film 'The Xposé' -- The Xposé Returns. Himesh will also start shooting his new TV show for which he will be a judge. The promos for the show are already on air.
