Hrithik Roshan: I have not signed Vikas Bahl’s ‘Super 30’

As reported earlier, Vikas Bahl was spotted having a conversation with Hrithik Roshan which sparked the rumours of the two planning a film together. Reports about Vikas approaching Hrithik for a film on Patna-based mathematician Anand Kumar soon started doing rounds. The film titled ‘Super 30’ is based on Kumar's program of the same name that helps IIT aspirants in economically backward areas crack IIT-JEE.

Talking about the film in an interview, Hrithik said, "If an opportunity presents itself (to narrate such stories) then it’s great. I think cinema is a fantastic medium to bring out stories that are inspiring and empowering. I am still in discussions for the film on him (Kumar). It’s not official but as soon as it will be, I will let you know."

Kumar had earlier also shared a picture of him with Hrithik and Vikas which further fueled the rumours of a collaboration. It was deemed that Hrithik has already started prepping for the film. However, Hrithik reveals that he is yet to sign the film. "I have not signed the film. I will only be able to talk about it once it’s all official," added the actor.

Anand Kumar last week met Katrina Kaif of which the pictures surfaced on the internet, sparking rumours of Katrina signing on opposite Hrithik. However, Katrina sent out an official statement that she has not signed the film. When asked Hrithik about the same, the actor concluded, "I have no idea (about her being part of the film)."
