Imtiaz Ali ropes in Ranbir Kapoor for his next?

Imtiaz Ali and Ranbir Kapoor have worked on two films together, ‘Rockstar’ and ‘Tamasha’. Ranbir received tremendous applause and praise for his outstanding performance in both the movies and if reports are to be believed, the talented director-actor jodi is all set to set the silver screen ablaze for the third time.
Apparently, Imtiaz has already begun work on his next and has met Ranbir regarding the script narration and the actor has even given his heads up for the movie. “Ranbir will be a part of Imtiaz’s next. That’s not all; the actor will go through massive transformation for this film. Imtiaz plans to show different stages of the character’s life,” revealed a source close to the development.
While Imtiaz’s last outing was ‘Jab Harry Met Sejal’ starring Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma, Ranbir’s last release was Anurag Basu’s ‘Jagga Jasoos’ alongside Katrina Kaif. He is currently shooting for Sanjay Dutt’s much-awaited biopic which is on the verge of its completion and will hit the theatres on 30th March 2018.
