Irrfan Khan takes to Twitter to finally address his health issue

Irrfan Khan's illness has been a mystery to us all for a while now. And while there were several speculations regarding his health, the actor has finally broken the silence on the same. Irrfan recently took to Twitter to address his health problem and has stated that he has what is called a NeuroEndocrine Tumour. Irrfan's illness had left everyone wondering as to what the issue was and now, we finally know.

The actor was to start shooting for a Vishal Bhardwaj film where he would be sharing screen space with Deepika Padukone, however, it was reported that the film had been postponed due to his health issues. Reports also claimed that Irrfan had headed to the US for further treatment post his diagnosis. A source close to Vishal Bhardwaj had confirmed the same to a leading daily and said, "Irrfan was the most suited actor for the story of this film. There are bleak chances of the film being revived. We have been told that Irrfan will be heading to America for health treatment."

Now, while the actor struggles with the health problem, he has not just his family beside him but all of us too and we wish him a speedy recovery.
