Is Katrina Kaif deliberately taking up smaller roles in big films?

Currently busy shooting in Abu Dhabi for 'Tiger Zinda Hai' alongside Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif is one actress who has managed to carve herself a niche in the industry. The actress whose next big film will see her romance Salman also has two other big films - 'Thugs Of Hindostan' alongside Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan and Aanand L Rai's untitled next alongside Shah Rukh Khan, in her kitty.
While she plays the female lead opposite Salman in 'Tiger Zinda Hai', apparently, she has a very small role in 'Thugs Of Hindostan' and Aanand's untitled next. Katrina has willingly accepted to work with two big banners despite her role is small. Talking about the same to a leading daily, a source revealed, "Fatima (Sana Shaikh) has a much bigger role in 'Thugs Of Hindostan' as compared to Katrina’s. Although her role is impactful, Kat doesn’t have enough screen time. Even in Aanand’s film, Anushka Sharma has a way meatier part than Kat. Anushka is the main heroine of the film."
Well, we wonder if this gesture of Katrina's is just out of goodwill.
