Jacqueline Fernandez: We are trying to do as much justice to the 1997 'Judwaa' as possible

David Dhawan's 'Judwaa 2' starring Varun Dhawan, Jacqueline Fernandez, and Taapsee Pannu has gone on floors and is slated to release in the later half of this year. The team is currently shooting in London, and the cast and crew seem to be having a lot of fun in the on-shoot pictures they are sharing.

Varun is undergoing training for his double role in the film and often shares videos and images of his prep on his social media accounts. Jacqueline plays Varun's love interest in 'Judwaa 2' and wants to recreate the same magic as the 1997 Salman Khan, Karisma Kapoor and Rambha starrer 'Judwaa' did.

Talking about the film at a recent launch, Jacqueline said, "We are hoping to recreate the magic of 'Judwaa' in 'Judwaa 2'. We are gonna try and do as much justice to the 1997 'Judwaa' as possible. It's 20 years down the line but we have the same director, it will be exciting."

Giving out a detail about the film, Jacqueline added, "It is such a great team... The concept revolves around great cars and robberies. It's interesting and quite glamorous and that's fun too."

Apart from 'Judwaa 2', Jacqueline is also a part of other projects that include 'Drive', 'Reloaded', and 'According to Mathew'.
