Jasleen Royal on Viruska's wedding: So happy my song was the soundtrack for the couple’s most special moment

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma pretty much broke the internet on Monday, when the duo announced their wedding to the world. The pair got married in Italy, on Monday and had a beautiful wedding ceremony. While congratulatory messages have been pouring in from all over the world for the couple, singer Jasleen Royal is also ecstatic about the wedding. Now, this is because the bride, Anushka walked to the mandap on Jasleen’s song, 'Din Shagna Da'.
“I’m so happy my song was the soundtrack for the couple’s most special moment,” Jasleen said. Jasleen's song had earlier also been featured in Anushka’s film 'Phillauri' because it captures the spirit of a wedding. Jasleen recalled, “It was a big surprise when I received a call from Anushka’s office last year that they wanted to use the song for her wedding in the film.” She added, “Now, it’s been used for her real wedding as well. It feels amazing. I have been getting so many messages and calls about it since last evening.”
