Hailey Baldwin received a large, oval-shaped diamond engagement ring from Justin Bieber over the weekend whilst in the Bahamas and the Internet is freaking out! Baldwin has been spotted flashing her ginormous engagement ring, one that closely resembles Blake Lively's. Now, while we bet that Justin would love to spoil his little lady, the move could have been intentional on the 'Baby' singer's part as in 2012, his lady love retweeted this note saying, “If my ring isn’t as big as Blake Lively’s I don’t want to get married.”
Diamond and jewellery experts are claiming that the gorgeous oval-shaped ring is around $250,000 or higher. The diamond itself is likely between six to eight carats, experts say, and its oval shape has a similar look to an increasingly popular engagement ring look. “It probably set him back at least a quarter million,” said Michael Fried, the CEO of Diamond Pro, a company that helps customers find affordable diamonds.
