Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner tie the knot in an intimate wedding ceremony in Las Vegas

Hollywood actress Sophie Turner and Hollywood pop singer Joe Jonas finally tied the knot in an intimate wedding ceremony on Thursday. The couple was rumoured to be wed this year during the summer, however, the dates were not known. And while the world was still going gaga over Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra, Sophie and Joe have now stepped into the limelight with their wedding and we must say the two looked quite adorable.
At the wedding, Priyanka Chopra served as maid of honour to Sophie while Nick Jonas and Kevin Jonas stood by Joe's side as he waited at the altar for his bride. While Sophie looked gorgeous in a traditional white ensemble, Joe opted for a grey suit. Once they exchanged rings and kisses, the duo broke into a dance and we just can't get over it!
The wedding took place at Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas and was officiated by an Elvis Presley impersonator. The couple was also spotted together at the 2019 Billboard Music Awards just hours before their wedding which is why their 'impromptu' wedding has left most people shocked. News of the couple's wedding broke out through American DJ Diplo who went live from his Instagram handle.
Joe had earlier also spoken about the wedding when he had appeared on a TV show and had said, “Yeah, we’re going to have a summer wedding, which I’m looking forward to. It’s going to be a lot of fun.” When he was asked what he had learnt from his brothers, Kevin and Nick’s wedding ceremonies, he had stated, “(I learned) mostly things not to do. They were both absolutely beautiful. All 18 (hinting at many receptions after Priyanka and Nick’s marriage) of Nick’s were amazing. There were quite a few but I would say stick to one.”
Sophie and Joe began dating in 2016 and made their relationship public when they got engaged in 2017. Back then in an interview, Joe had said that the couple would get married in France. Well, they sure seem to have diverted from that original plan. However, it could also be possible that the couple has another ceremony planned, but nothing is known as of now.
